After the v0.109.0 rework, cost increases from 1(0) to 2(1). It still preserves your whole hand at end of turn in the beta.
The effect is powerful but now much more tempo-sensitive. Pick it when the deck can spend a setup turn and has hand cleanup for dead cards.
